Our solution includes a clean, modern design with responsive functionality, ensuring customers can shop seamlessly from any device.
AI-Powered Property Valuation Tool
A web-based tool that uses machine learning to provide accurate property price estimates based on user inputs like postal code, address, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, renovation score, and property base. The tool compares real estate data from sold and current properties in the area and generates a price estimate. It also uses GPT-4 for NLP to offer clear, human-like explanations of the valuation results.
Project Management System
We developed a Project Management System to streamline and organize their internal project workflows. The system allows administrators to create and manage projects, assign tasks, track progress, and collaborate efficiently across teams. The React.js frontend provides an intuitive and responsive user interface, while the Node.js backend facilitates seamless communication between the database and the frontend, ensuring smooth project operations. The system stores and manages project-related data, including task status, deadlines, team members, and document uploads, in a PostgreSQL database.
