A web-based tool that uses machine learning to provide accurate property price estimates based on user inputs like postal code, address, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, renovation score, and property base. The tool compares real estate data from sold and current properties in the area and generates a price estimate. It also uses GPT-4 for NLP to offer clear, human-like explanations of the valuation results.
